From Shabbat and High Holy Day services to life-cycle ceremonies, congregational kallahs, special programs and fundraisers for Israel Bonds, URJ, Hadassah, UJA, Sisterhood and other organizations, Barbara brings exuberant warmth and energy to the event.
Cantorial Soloist at her own congregation for more than 25 years, she produced a cassette-album,
"SONGS FOR THE SAKE OF HEAVEN" to commemorate its 140th anniversary in 1989.
This recording was remastered to CD in 2006.

An active member of the general and Jewish communities, Barbara has served in a multitude of leadership positions through the years -- from Religious School Principal to Sisterhood President -- with her family and her music her primary focus.
Her trip to Israel in 1978
forged a deeper-than-ever bond with her already-strong Jewish identity.
